Look at it, think about, sound it out in your head, take your best shot at it, someone will correct you, then you know.
It's very common for people to mispronounce names of people and places they are not familiar with. Don't drive yourself crazy worrying about mispronunciation, if people have difficult or uncommon names they will be used to it.
