can i learn chinese in course?

I think you could learn chinese on your own. I would start with the pinyin. purchase a book with a cd that focuses on pinyin. then I would learn many nouns and verbs.

You could learn Chinese from the computer with the interactive program. It usually offer online or on CD. The advantage is its capability to repeat the same sentence again and again.
