Hi, this is Ms Help from italki team. If you are using IE 6 now, the Chat Now won't load cause IE6 is not compatible with our Chat Now system. I would like to recommend you use IE7+, Firefox or GoogleChrome. If it is not for this page, please send more details to feedback(@)italki(.)com with a screenshot for the problem.
