Per 10 minuti if u mean things like " I'll waiting for 10 minutes " become
Aspetterò per 10 minuti... A 10 minuti its almost never used, in this form u can find A presto ( Soon )or A dopo...( Later )

"for ten minutes" is "per dieci minuti" like rob said. if you want to say "I'll be back in ten minutes" would be "torno tra dieci minuti".
