it's "piacere di conoscerti" or just "piacere"...

You could also say:
" lieto di conoscerti " or
" Molto lieto (di fare la sua conoscenza)"
* No need to say what is between the brackets.

The "sc" in "conoscerti" is pronounced like the "sh" in "share" for example.
