Can you use 一边 3 times in 1 sentence?

For example,
我们一边走路一边聊天一边拍照片

It's totally alright to my ears.

But I think it sounds nicer if you say:我们边走路边聊天，还一边拍照. which seems less redundant with 边 three times,and 一just one time, hehe!

you can surely use that way. however it may sound a little redundant, just as what Joseph above said, and a comma added is much better.

you can use 一边 as many times as you like, as long as you have the ability to do all these things at the same time and combining them together can make sense after all.
