To find potential partners from Japan and Iceland check them as Jura mentioned in the "language partners" section.
You can contact them through sending messages or friend requests or by instantly chatting with them.
Some might not answer immediately, because they are busy or so ,but keep searching .It is a better more effective way to make friends on here.
