可以这样说吗？ Can I say like these ?

I want to say as followings properly in chinese. 我想把下面的句子用恰当的中文说出来1.I have been trying my best to show you my love in real.
我一直以来都在尽我最大努力向你表现出我的爱很现实。（不好意思，"shou you my love in real" 有点不大理解。have been doing sth. 强调过去一直在做某事，现在仍在继续，你用的“正在”没有表达出过去也在做的意思）
2.I know you misunderstood, but you realised why i had to behave like that. so I want you turn your mind back & give me one more chance which must be the last.
我知道你当时误解了，后来又认识到了我为什么那样做，所以我希望你能回心转意再给我最后一次机会。
