in #3, you can also say, [ nan de su ka ].

hi, I think only 3 is wrong. It should be pronounced like
nan desu ka?
何ですか？
何＋です、だ　the pronouciation usually changed to "nan"
それはなんですか？
そのたいどはなんだ？
