What is a friend what is a language partner?

Well a friend is a friend in need indeed and rare to find ;)
Language partners are 2 people sharing the same interest in learning languages and have mutual benefit in exchanging languages, helping each other to practice and improve.
They are not necessarily friends specially online, but friendship can start from anywhere and anytime. If language partners happened to sympathize and to have too much in common more than merely an interest in learning languages a potential friendship might develop between them specially if they could meet in real life.
