If 对不起 is I'm sorry, how can I be more sorry?

No you can't say :

我真的对不起 nor
我非常对不起

You can say without using "我"

真的很对不起 or
很对不起

you can say, “我真的很抱歉。”

我非常抱歉。（formal)

In reality, when we say that 'I am sorry' in Chinese, generally we won't say 'I am' as it is in English, especially in spoken Chinese. Notice: I said 'generally', most of the time, not 'abosolutely'. This is not about grammar, it's just how we use language in daily life. So you could say:

实在是对不起。 honestly, sincerely
真的是对不起。 really
真的是不好意思。
真的是非常抱歉。
Among them,"抱歉"is the most polite and cultivated expression.
e.g.我迟到了,真的是不好意思!

As for some formal situations like presentations, writings etc, we would say: I feel very sorry about...对于....我感到十分歉意/抱歉.

You can say 我实在是太对不起你了。
真的很抱歉，我不是故意的。
我错了，对不起。

in china.we can say 真的是很对不起你。

But you can say"我真的对不起你 or 非常对不起 or even 我太对不起你了",it could be better.

1.非常抱歉！
2.真是太对不起了！
3.实在是太对不起了，我不是故意的。

日常生活中我们不加主语“我”在前面。

在很正式的场合，可以说“我非常非常的抱歉。”
