If you are busy studying or working , you can dedicate few hours per week for taking lessons
or a course .
Some other hours of your leisure time could be spent in listening to german music or watching german videos ,reading german books.
If you have the opportunity to speak with germans or ones who speak it that is a very good way ,if not in real then at least online .:)
