If you want to use a book, I recommend AMERICAN HEADWAY (dialogues, grammar, and reading) published by Oxford University Press, all levels available. For business English idioms, I recommend SPEAK ENGLISH LIKE AN AMERICAN by Amy Gillett (Kindle for PC version available).
