The course is aimed at preparing the student to deal with important Language Certifications or Exams. It helps the student throughout the process of understanding the language grammar structures and functions. It helps to put one’s technical knowledge into a definite context. The course also aims at increasing the student’s speaking and listening abilities. Reading and writing are incentivized during the course.

The Exam-Preparation Course offers the student a definite curriculum based on the requirements of each exam. The teacher provides courses in preparation for:
- Cambridge University Exams: KET, PET, FIRST, Cambridge Advanced English (CAE), Cambridge Proficiency English CPE, Legal English (ILEC);
- Certificazione di Italiano come Lingua Straniera (CILS) by Università per Stranieri di Siena;
- Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera (DELE) by Instituto Cervantes;
- language exams or tests at any University;
- other exams not listed above.

Please note that every exam presumes a certain level of knowledge (A1-C2). If the student does not possess the relative level, the teacher will recommend to follow a preparatory course.

The teacher encourages to follow the two-party educational system. In order to provide students with an effective language course, it is highly suggested to attend two different types of lessons. The teacher’s classes - one or more times per week, depending on the situation - will help the student through approaching to the language and its grammar, learning concepts and practising them in context. Then the Assistant Tutor's lessons, which are comparable to the lessons of a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA), will be based only on conversation.
