The second is better. Because the Chinese children sing the second song. Pronunciation is more Accurate. In the first, 满天都（dou）是小星星. 都‘s pinyin is wrong. The second, 挂在天上放光明， 不是天空。

yi shan yi shan linag jing jing, liang is correct. 
满 天 都 是 小 星 星
man tian dou shi xiao xing xing.
挂 在 天 空 放 光 明
gua zai tian kong fang guang ming,

hao xiang qian wan xiao yan jing.
