we had send the goods to our client,but he still haven't arrange us the payment.He is our old client,and the order always very big.Just one problem,he don't arrange the payment in time.I have to push hime again and again.

I had to phone him many times.He told me he will arrange the payment today many times,but always not really arrange the payment.This is just a excuse.How can I reply when him tell me this?

I need some tips on how to call my client by phone and let him can pay us money soon.
