hey guys as you see all my entry either it is notebook or descussion written in arabic devision and i can't change that
i just could choose the arabic from the options which i must select through to detrmine at any devision the entry should be written

i wrote it in english and typed it in arabic devision cuz i don't have the option to put it in arabic devision

You need to add English as one of your languages; then English will show up as an option. Right now you only have Arabic listed in your languages.
