I have also found the following options, I want to write them down in case they could be of use to someone else:

- 2BDutch: http://www.2bdutch.nl/ there are a lot of short videos about different topics, and it is possible to add subtitles in different languages;

- Raveleijn: this is a TV series for kids that was suggested to me by a colleague. It is based on one of the attractions in Efteling (the amusement park) and it can be found on Youtube. This is the first episoide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpBDw1jZefk

Now Youtube offers the possibility to put subtitles to (some) video, it is enough to go to the low right corner of the screen and click the button CC. THey are not always perfect but at least they could be of help...

In general a lot of older movies can be found on youtube for free. This is one of my favorite Dutch movies (some of it is in French thought). Be warned it is a psycological thriller and the end is one of the scariest I have experienced in my life. It is called Spoorloos (The Vanishing in English):

Basicly you could just search imdb.com for Dutch movies, a lot of the movies especially older ones you will be able to find on YT.
