As its half time for Wales in the rygbi ????.   I am going over some Welsh.   Could any body help me please?

Does it matter or is there a rule to want?

Can I use dwi'n mewn or dwi'n eisiau anytime?  Or is there a rule to when you use one or the other?

The usual spelling is "moyn" (maybe "mewn" is a local dialect form, or maybe you're confusing it with the word "mewn" meaning "in"). It's a Southern word, as far as I know it's not used in North Wales.

"Eisiau" is used in all parts of Wales. It's not a verbnoun, so you don't use "yn" before it: Dw i eisiau (NOT dw i'n eisiau).

As for rules about when to use "dw i eisiau" or "dw i'n moyn", I think they're more or less interchangeable, though I'm much more familiar with the northern dialects so I'm not entirely sure.
