I am new on the website and I love the instant tutoring feature. I wanted to use it to practice my German but I have tried Sunday and just now and didn't find anyone available for instant tutoring. Is it usually like this or did I have bad luck? I wish you all the best in your language learning efforts.
Most German people prefer not to work on weekends, especially Sundays. They might not be religious, but Sunday is traditionally a day of rest and people spend the time with their families and friends. Language teachers work very long hours during the week, and most of us just don't have the energy to work weekends as well.

There are also relatively few German teachers when compared with other languages. I have used instant tutoring for German on weekends though, and would definitely recommend Rainer, who seems to be one of about three German tutors offering instant tutoring.
Although you may also be limited by the fact that a large number of the German teachers live in Germany, so the time difference might be holding you back!
E.G. I prepared some playlists for you to learn with German kids series and one with a German political comedy, so I try to offer whatever you need :-). And if you want to learn an other language I present you all my online teachers so that you dont need to search as long as I did.
Well and cause me too I dont have too much time to give one to one lessons, I started a youtoube channel, where (since 3 weeks now) I upload lots of videos to learn German with a very simple and easy method. I experienced this method myself with russian and it worked as easily and effectively as I have never learned a language before:

The fastest you learn if you take your time the first time you watch one video and to translate it with my subtitles, than you repeat listening and listening during doing whatever you like. Cause the most important for you is to stay relaxed. Dont worry about grammar or anything just keep on going. THEN and just then your brain will just swim in the language and absorbe it very fast and without any stress!
With this method everybody can learn a language to a level where you can start watching TV and having conversations in just a few monthes (even just weeks are possible).
