Hi, I passed the test 3 month ago. I lent some books from a library and practiced from an app: English tests (logo of the app:monkey face).
For me, the most important is to practice a lot in the conditions of the exam because you have to be efficient and speed. What I used to do to get more time was to read the questions and the answers before the dialogue starts. That way, during the listening I can focus on the answers we're looking for. But you have practice a lot to not get confused. You still have time to perform I think.

There are several softwares, such as Barron's, simulating the TOEFL test for you. You can use them. Moreover don't forget to take a council with some people who have taken the TOEFL test before. Their experiences about some issues including managing the time and ... can help you. After the test if you have a suggestion i look forward hearing them because I have the same goal like you.
