Make friends or make a friend?My English teacher say no"make a friend"But i think have.Is my opinion wrong?

Sorry, but your teacher is correct. "Make friends" is the right phrase.
We will understand you if you say "make a friend", but you will definitely sound unnatural.

Make a friend can be used in a specific situation, not in general.
Make friends is correct for using in general.
