Polish TV.

Does anybody know where can I watch the most popular polish TV channels like TVN, Polsat, TVP1, TVP2 throught the Internet?..
I've found some local polish channels, but they don't worth watching... too boring. =(

Can somebody help me?

http://www.tvp.pl/  - there are some programmes from TVP1 and TVP2
as far as i know TVN & Polsat are not currently available through the internet

http://www.tvp.pl but you need to pay to watch. If I am not mistaken 3 euros or so for a month or 25 for a year.

i think that the best are : 

http://vod.pl/ - u must press SERIALE button, and not all are in polish. I recommend rodzinka.pl. 

http://tv-online.strefa.pl/telewizja/tvn-ramzess.html - TV online, not only polish
