1、龙井茶
龙井茶是我国的第一名茶，产于浙江省杭州西湖附近的山中，有"西湖龙井"、梅坞龙井"、"狮峰龙井"，以龙井村狮子峰所产"狮峰龙井"最佳。龙井茶素有"色翠、香郁、味醇、形美"四绝之称。

NO.1 Lungching Tea (Longjing Tea/Dragan Well Tea)---The Best Chinese Tea

Lungching is listed as NO.1 in Chinese tea, most nominated for its 4 features---green color, delicate fragrance, sweet flavor and beautiful apparance. This tea is grown in mountains near West Lake, Hangzhou, including "West Lake Lungching", "Meijiawu Lungching", "Shifeng Lungching", among which Shifeng Lungching is the best.

2、铁观音
产于闽南安溪县。外形头似蜻蜓，尾似蝌蚪，颜色砂绿起霜，质地重如铁，美如观音，滋味清高醇美，回味甘甜，带有独特的"观音韵"。素有"七泡有余香"之美称。以西坪松林头魏荫铁观音发源地所产最佳，为乌龙茶之上品。

3、武夷岩茶

产于闽北武夷山。九十九岩，岩岩有一茶，一茶一名，独特采制，有"大红袍"、"铁罗汉"、"水金龟"、"白鸡冠"、"肉桂"等名枞。岩茶外形条索粗壮紧实，呈钉状，色砂绿蜜黄，鲜润光泽，泛"宝色"。花果香浓郁高长，滋味浓醇高爽，具独特的"岩韵"。

NO.3 Wuyi Cliff Tea (Wuyi Yancha/ Wuyi Rock Tea)---The Most Rare TeaWuyi Cliff Tea is grown in 99 cliffs of Wuyi mountain. Every cliiff grows a special tea, every tea has a unique name, and every name has its typical production procedure, among which "Da hong Pao (the big red robe)", "Tie Luo Han (Iron Man)", "Shui Wugui (Water Turtle)" are famous tea name in China.

Shaped like a nail and coloured sand green, the cliff tea is featured for its "Cliff Aroma"---rich flower fragrance and fresh flavor.

4、碧螺春

康熙所名。产于江苏吴县太湖中的洞庭山，成茶外形卷曲呈螺，银毫遍布，香浓芬芳，滋味醇厚，汤色嫩绿明亮，茶之珍品。"洞庭碧螺春，茶香百里最"。

NO. 4 Pi Lou Chun Tea (Bi luochun / Green Snail Spring)---The Best Fragrance

Named by the Emperor of Qing Dynasty, Kangxi, Pi Lou Chun Tea is grown in Dongting Mountain along Tai Lake side, Wutai County, JIangsu Province. It's shaped like a snail with white hair on it. This tea is featured by strong fragrance, delicate mellowness and bright green liquid, which engiven "the best fragrace in Chinese Tea".

5、黄山毛峰

产于安微黄山桃花溪。宋代贡茶。特级黄山毛峰堪称我国毛峰之极品，其形似雀舌，匀齐壮实，峰显毫露，色如象牙，鱼叶金黄，清香高长，汤色清澈，滋味鲜浓、醇厚、甘甜，叶底嫩黄，肥壮成朵。其中"金黄片"和"象牙色是特级黄山毛峰外形与其他毛峰不同的两大明显特征。

NO. 5 Huang Shan Maofeng (Yellow Mountain Fur Peak Tea)

Produced in Taohuaxi, Yellow Mountain, Anhui Province, Huangshan Maofeng Tea is of the highest grade in Chinese Maofeng tea, and had been presented only to the emperor in Song Dynasty. It's smooth and sturdy, covered by white hair and appared as the tongue of a sparrow. After bioled, the tea is featured for the bright liquid, dense sweetness, and stout tea leave.

The special grade of Huangshan Maofeng is distinguished esp. by "Golden Leave" and "Ivory colour"

6、君山银针

产于岳阳洞庭湖的青螺岛，有"庭帝子春长恨，二千年来草更长"的描写。外形芽头壮实笔直，茸毛披盖，色泽金黄光亮，称为"金镶玉"；内质香气高纯，汤色杏黄明澈，滋味爽甜。冲泡时，芽头在玻璃杯中直挺竖立，状似群笋出土，又如尖刀直立，能三起三落，继而徐徐下沉杯底，极为美观。

NO.6 Junshan Yinzhen Tea (Jun Mountain Sliver Needle Tea)

Grown in Qinglou Island, Hunan Province, Junshan Silver Needle Tea is named as "golden inlaid jade" for its golden bright coulor and white hair-coevered apparence. When boiled into hot water, all the bud will stand in the cup, mighty and forceful like soldiers guarding their homeland.

7、六安瓜片

产于安微六安地区齐灵山，外形似瓜子，自然平展，叶缘微翘，色泽宝绿，大小均匀，不含芽尖、茶梗；清香高爽，滋味鲜醇回甘，汤色清澈透亮，叶底绿嫩明亮。依采制季节，可分三个品种：谷雨前提采的称"提片"，品质最优；其后采制的称"瓜片"；梅雨季节采制的称"梅片"，品质最差。

NO. 7 Liu'an Guapian Tea (Liu'an Seeds Slice)

Grown in Liu'an District, Anhui County, liu'an Guapian gets the name for the seeds-like apparence. This tea is featured for the even shape, uniform size, emerald green colour, sweet flavor, bright liquid and special pureness.

This tea is named after the picking time---the tea with best quality picked before Grain Rain (April 20/21) is named "Tipian", after it is called "Gupian" (Seeds Slice), the worse quality is those oicked after Plum Rains (mid June), named "Meipian"(Plum Slice)

8、信阳毛尖

产于河南省南部大别山区的信阳县。信阳毛尖外形细、圆、紧、直、多白毫；内质清香，汤绿味浓。

NO 8: Xinyang Maojian Tea

Grown in Xinyang County, south Henan Province, Xinyang Maojian Tea is featured for the slim and round appareance, rich white hair, fresh mellowness and think flavor.

9、都匀毛尖

产于贵州黔南布衣族、苗族自治州的都匀县。"三绿三黄"是都匀毛尖茶的特色，即干茶色泽绿中带黄，汤色绿中透黄，叶底绿中带黄。诗云："雪芽芬芳都匀生，不亚龙井碧螺春，饮罢浮花清鲜味，心旷神怡似神仙"。

NO.9 Duyun Maojian Tea

Grown in Duyun County, south Guizhou Province, Duyun Maojian Tea is featured by "3 Yellow Green", which means the tea, the liqiud, and the tea leave are all yellow green. There's a poem esp. written in praise of it:

Bud fragrance and mellowness

are no worse than Lungching and Pilou chun

Drink it and feeling the pureness and freshness

making me relaxed and joyous like a celestial

10、祁门红茶

产于安微省祁门县。祁门红茶条索紧秀，锋苗好，色泽乌黑泛黑光，俗称"宝光"；内质香气浓郁高长，似蜜糖香，又蕴藏兰花香，汤色红艳，滋味醇厚，回味隽永，叶底嫩软红亮。

NO.10 keemun Black Tea （Qimen black Tea/ Red Tea）

Grown in Keemun County， Anhei Province，keemun Black Tea is featured for its "treasure light", meaning the glittering pitch-black coulor. The tea is tasted pure and mellow, sweet as honey and fragrant as orchid.
