How to improve speaking and listening English skill?

Last weekend, I take a EF exam. It include Grammar\listening\reading three part, My scores are 6 4 6,  So just you see, the listening skill is the most weak.  And my speaking skill ability is bad too.  So could you give me some suggestion?   I think if we can practise together, it will be the best thing

I think you can speak everyday,even communicate with others,your reading is best,sometimes i am bad in it !Do you have best skills?

I usually read English novel,  For exmple, somedays before, I have finished a book---Robinson Crusoe,  It is very usefull for your reading, expecially for the read speed.
BTW, where r u living now? I am in Beijing. Wish can pratice English with you.

i think the best way of improving your listening that un intentionally your mental dictionary would improve with it is listening to news, but unfortunetly it's boring way.however watching cartoons and films would be beneficial.in this way by memorzing some dialogues you can improve your speaking too:)
