Where should my story take place?

... all over the world throughout the first three quarters of the book ... then the great dark fortress located deep under a mountain, under a glacier, in central Antarctica, during the long southern winter, where there is no sunlight for several months.

On a warm balmy night, down by the tracks where you find the best graffiti in town.
