Can anyone recommend some Norwegian music?

I think it might be a good ide to learn norwegian while listening to music.

I think it is very difficult to understand this language. For me it seems, like everybody has his own pronuncation. It is a good idea to look on youtube. Many times songs are undertitlet, so it is easier to learn.

From now on I do not need to whistle anymore, I can sing!  ;-)

Just be aware though that when it comes to Kaizers Orchestra they often use "nynorsk" texts and do sing in a dialect from western Norway.

People here have given good music suggestions.  My favorite is Sissel Kyrkjebø.  You can find many of her songs on YouTube. 

In mainland China,we can't get access to youtube officially(or formally?)....It's not cool....
