Can anyone tell me some simple italian sentences and what they mean?

Buongiorno Good morning
Buonasera  good evening
Buona notte Good night
Ciao = hello
Salve = hello
Nice to meet you = Piacere di conoscerla or piacere di conoscerti accordingly with who you are talking with

So, one thing interesting in the italian language is that you have one diferent way to treat with the old person, for example: You call your grandmother or some older person with more politly ,no??So in italian you say this way

When you ask about some a young person or a friend known: Come va lui?Come sta lei? (How are him?How are her?)

When you ask about some OLD person, or some that you don´t know still: Come va Lei? Come va Lui? (How are you (Miss...Mister)......
This way is more polite...Hai capito (did you understand?)
