need a chinese(mandarin) tutor...

 hi! i'm eden and new here. i really really want to learn mandarin and fookien. i'm actually a half chinese half filipino but never learned to speak chinese. just the simple xie xie, to sya, cha and others yet i want to speak fluently. hoping for a positive response!
