Mysterious Wanshan Archipelago

I'd like to go to the Wanshan Islands in february.
Finding info is very very very difficult.
Is there anyone out there that can give me the following info?
What's the weather like in february.
Guesthouse-style accommodation on the smaller islands, like Miaowan. Are there guesthouses and they just dont advertise on internet, or are there only big hotels? price range?
