hou to pronounce the "r"

The letter R was the hardest part to learn for my friend from China. But she managed to pronounce it correctly in swedish by practicing. The closest sound in chinese is probably r in 人 or 肉。 When you pronounce the swedish 'r' think about the chinese r but try to make your tounge tip flap by making the tip of your tongue loose.
