为什么那么多中国人习惯喝开水?

我发现虽然我们美国人平常喜欢冰水或者凉水, 但是许多中国人最喜欢喝开水。我中国朋友告诉我那是为了健康的。 她说喝冰水后她有胃疼。 你们同意吗?我很好奇知道大家的意见。谢谢!

I am a fan of water.Everyday i drink more than 8 glasses of water.Chinese drink water like foreigners drink coffee.Not only water but also some Chinese drink tea a lot.Some girls think water is healthy.Some drink water less.Coffee is only for staying up for exams are coming to me.I think drinking water or not is up to personal.But in China,most people drink water because it is better to drink coffee and good for stomach.

我跟我的美国朋友探讨过这个问题,我们觉得是源于我们自小的家庭生活习惯。我想中国人自小喝冰水也会习惯的。

对于一些中国人来说,她们确实喜欢喝开水,一方面开水经过了高温的处理,细菌少,有益于身体的健康,从小到现在我们的父母都教育我们不要喝生水。另一方面是开水对我们的身体有好处,有益于养成良好的习惯,我就非常喜欢和开水,虽然有点烫,但喝道肚里,会有种暖暖的感觉,因此每天我都喝,尤其对于我们女孩子,8杯水的说法还是挺有用的。对于年长的人来说,她们更喜欢用开水泡茶叶喝。在中国有句古语“煮酒论英雄”,也许,我们天生就偏好热的食物!

 可能开水更适合中国人吧。 另外一个原因是中国的自来水没有好到打开水龙头就能喝的程度。

我想问一下, 难道美国人在冬天也是喝凉水吗?

中国人和美国人的体质不一样。听说美国人生了孩子后第二天去逛街也可以,是真的吗?

这个是长期养成的习惯吧,还有体质差异,不过呢喝开水养胃,养胃要从小开始养嘛,年纪大了才不会那么受罪,多喝白开水的话还有助于加速新陈代谢,排除体内的代谢产物毒素什么的,总之对身体好

习惯是主要因素, 我喝冰水也没问题, 但是喜欢温水的感觉。。

冬天喝热水,有助于取暖。喝完凉水没发出去了,太冷了,夏天就无所谓了,可以喝凉水。O(∩_∩)O~

煮沸后自然冷却的水叫白开水。
白开水不仅解渴,而且最容易透过细胞促进新陈代谢,调节体温,增加血液中血红蛋白含量,增进机体免疫功能,提高人体抗病能力。
温开水能提高脏器中乳酸脱氢酶的活性,有利于较快降低累积于肌肉中的“疲劳素”———乳酸,从而达到消除疲劳、焕发精神的目的。
因此提倡多饮白开水。
