well, u can use qq if u have chinese friends. or type"中文聊天室" in www.baidu.com, then u'll found lots of chinese chatrooms, some r video, some r audio, but I'm afraid some of them r not so civilised, people there may use some dirty words...... the best way is find a language partner here and exchange ur language!
