this is an old chinese saying, but after I studied English and German, I found that this sentence is popular worldwide, hehe^^
in English, the similar sentence is:  It is the first step that costs troublesome. or All things are dificult before they are easy.

in German, it is like this: Aller Anfang ist schwer.
