How do I translate this correctly into finnish? anyone? P.S. business related
"... visited a manufacturing company in to discuss the terms of our cooperation. We had a meeting with the General Manager, Marketing Manager and Production Manager of Blah-Blah Co. We’ve made a short presentation of our company, our activities, clients and potential market. Then , Mrs.I, Marketing Manager, introduced their company to us and sketched their terms and conditions as to the contract for buying their goods .
After that we talked about more detailed program : probable monthly amounts of furniture we could buy from them, preferable styles and designs , possible ways of delivery , acceptable prices and ways of payment . They expressed readiness to give us considerable discounts for purchasing big consignments . Also , they offered delivery by their own vehicles , and this will considerably lower our possible transportation expenses .
I liked the environment , prudent strategic policy and openness of the company 's management . Besides , I consider their furniture to be very unique and prospective for good marketing .That is why I would offer to continue negotiations and finalize all the details as soon as possible .

Why would you want to translate this into Finnish? I would safely assume that most Finnish business people are fluent in English. Just write a good letter in English and they would be very happy to receive it. Mike.
First part: "...kävin tuotantoyhtiössä keskustelemassa ehdoista yhteistyöllemme. Meillä oli tapaaminen yrityksen Blah Blah Co. toimitusjohtajan, markkinointijohtajan ja tuotantojohtajan kanssa. Olimme tehneet lyhyen esitelmän yrityksestämme, toiminnastamme, asiakkaistamme ja potentiaalisista markkinoistamme. Sitten Rouva I, markkinointijohtaja, esitteli meille heidän yritystään ja luonnosteli heidän ehtonsa sopimukseen ostaa heidän tavaroitaan."
Second part: "Tämän jälkeen puhuimme enemmän yksityiskohtaisesta suunnitelmasta; todennäköisestä kuukausittaisesta määrästä huonekaluja, joita voisimme ostaa heiltä, mieluisista tyyleistä ja malleista, mahdollisista toimitustavoista, käyvästä hinnasta ja maksutavoista.
