Well, it really depends on your requirements I guess. If you are good with just the basics, you don't have to hire a tutor. You might as well learn the basics using Youtube videos. But if you are serious and want to deepen your learning, hiring a tutor may just work for you. I am learning with a website called Punjabi Hindi Online and it works for me.
