If we really understand what our fear is and why we are afraid, we won't be afraid anymore.
What we fear usually doesn't exist or happens. Sometimes are facts that only exist in our minds. If what we fear are real facts, are facts we can not change, just accepting the reality and putting our thoughts in things we can change is the best thing to do.

According to the situation which i will be, i can beat it to relax after
well, I think it depends on what kind of fear youre talking about, there are fears that can be dealt with by yourself and fears that needs therapy assisted by psychologist, like phobias(irrational fear).
Usually I try not think about this but when it happens I'm always ready to meet it...
