Talktomeinkorean.com has some ebooks you can purchase.  They seem to be mostly autobiographies, but I think they are useful because you can listen as you read.  Most of them also include grammar explanations and vocabulary tips.

2) App Store에서 '소설'을 검색하면 몇개의 App이 보이는데, 한국 이외의 곳에서 검색이 가능한지 모르겠네요.
