I checked out your profile, there isn't one!  Not as a teacher, anyway.  My advice is basic; create a teacher profile and create a class and charge a price for the lessons.  If you are any good at teaching, the students will talk, as always, and your base of students will grow.  Remember that there are no bad students, only bad teachers and teaching on the Internet is different, so bend over backwards to accomodate the student.  It's difficult to connect with Skype at times and investing in good equipment  will gain you a return on your investment.  Make it easy for students and they will come to you.

I saw you are learning Chinese, I am in Beijing and they are crying for teachers, people run up to me on the street and want lessons; no, I'm not joking.
