Is there a quicker way to contact Italki help?

The fastest way I have tried is contact them through http://support.italki.com/home. From my experience, it always takes more than four days.

I think the best way to do this is to talk directly to students and reschedule lesson on your own.

In a situation like that I would bypass italki and contact the student or students directly.  Team italki always gets back to me, they are very good about that but it usually takes about a day to come back to me and when that's too slow I just contact the student myslef.  Sometimes there are conflicts in scheduling, especially if you have students who aren't from italki and in that case you need to deal directly with the student(s).
