I recommend "Easy" by Tammara Webber. It's a very nice story about a girl who is abandoned by her longtime boyfriend and fells in love with the mysterious "outsider" of the college.

Wow, I have loads. Top of my head right now are: Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk, Neil Gaiman's novels (Anansi boys, Neverwhere, American Gods), Gabriel Garcia Marquez' Love in the time of cholera, a hundred years solitude, Nick Hornby's High Fidelity (the movie is awesome too!) :)
