i love the TV show FRIENDS

I know it is old ,i have seen the 10season when i was in the university and now i think it will be very useful to improve english and deserve to watch many times.Anybody have experience of using movie or TV show to learn?

It is so boring to recite words and since i left school,i cant remind myself to remember more so it is really small progress i have made.
