Often enough for asking that question. The thing is we will not get great health by answering it. Ask something cheerful ;)
we cannot give percentage, BUT like all human beings they make mistakes, small or great
It's common in China, so I always read a lot of medical books before visiting a doctor. I carefully examine the proscriptions by looking them up in www.fda.com and www.who.int. This is the only way to survive in China.
really? you would supervise what they are doing?
it seems to be funny at first, but it's actually a tragedy.
i would say sometimes in hk
The culprit is the long working hours of our doctors
Well, docturs are humans ,so they are subject to mistakes. When a doctor cures somebody of the their disease ,he becomes the happiest man on earth and if the doctor makes something wrong , he becomes very depressed .After all ,doctors are just means.God cures us ,not doctors.we should take the appropriate medicine and let the rest to God.
It is accepted to suppose that human life is priceless. But there are not absolute things in the World, everything is relative. The priceless of human life is relative too. It is obvious that even the best doctor of the world can’t give a 100 % guarantee. The person may be killed by the usual Novocain or Penicillin which can provoke an anaphylactic shock (it was so rare that sometimes there are not enough time to check each of the hundreds people every day.
In a village there is a doctor, who has only thermometer, phonendoscope and sleepy eyes (because he usually hasn’t a rest). Can he provide the priceless of our life? How is it possible be sure that he’ll never do mistakes. The doctor has a client who is complaining on the headache, high thermometer and pines in the muscles. He gave him common tablets to fall the temperature. He advised to him the bed rest and tea with lemon. Because he has hundreds of people with the same symptoms. It was a late autumn. He was delivered to the city when he had become very bad. He died. It became clear he had had trichinosis. This is one of the illnesses that become accessible for the clinical diagnostics when it is too late. Is it the mistake of the doctor?
If he sends everyone with fever and headache to the city hospital, he would be just discharge.
Usually people go to the hospital when they are sure that he can become deaf.
Don’t forget, that our doctor is one of the many doctors who has nothing to live on besides there salary. Don’t forget, that our doctor has a several people on his district.
