Well, if you were offering something for money, you would probably not want to give it away for free either. Imagine you were a professional singer. Would you do concerts for free in your spare time? Perhaps for close friends, but not for random people.
Maybe they are busy as well.
The best solution is to try to do a language exchange if you want to chat in English for free. That way both parties are getting something valuable out of the time.
Good luck!

You are right Mr .Any way there must be some kind people to give a help to those who are willing to learn by chatting . or other things . thanks for your kind answer . all the best
Just no free time!! There friends to chat to and language exchange partners...
Thanks so much for your kind answer . I do understand what you have said just but you know that I who is so far off the world very much in need to chat with some friends to know their life or if they are willing to now some thing about Africa . but what you said you are right . in theses days everything is money money .
Search here for someone who wants to learn arabic and then do a language exchange. So you are helping each other.
it is not everything money these days, but if we do a job, we want to get paid. No plumber will repair things for free, he also has to live from something. Teaching is OUR job, if we do our job for free, we will starve.

What I want to add is that you can find someone who is sufficiently kind to do an axchange language with. Someone who his job is not the foreign languages but he just learn them for self pleasure. but you need time and patience to achieve your goal. Good luck M.Dicoma a_a
Do YOU work for free for people you haven't met?
I give dozens of hours of my free time to answering questions here on italki, correcting notebook entries, and contributing to forums and materials libraries. That is a gift from me to the people on this site: if they want more, they need to pay me just like they need to pay a plumber if their shower doesn't work.

Italki consists of volunteers. They also have jobs and families. Teachers don't have much spare time whether they teach online or at an actual school. Message someone in the italki Language Exchange if you want a free chat. Please be aware of time differences in various parts of the world too.
