Do you agree with the death penalty?

No I don't agree.

Why? Do you think that they deserve living with us ? 

They already give up the right of being a human. I dont think they are humans .

Often innocent people may be charged, it seems this happens a lot in some countries. Sometimes a terrible crime is committed and it is such a big story in the news that the police will have to find the criminal, even if they choose the wrong person. And the situation will be very different for every case of murder.

But for taxes, I would have the prisoners spend time doing constructive things that can help the economy and such.

You're assuming that your justice system is perfect, and never convicts innocent people. Or are you willing to sacrifice a few wrongly accused people to avoid paying taxes on the rightly-accused ones?

No I don't agree. Many times the so called "criminals" are the victims, they are labelled by society as criminals but they are the ones that need help the most.

In regards to tax money that should be spent fairly between both victims and prisoners

depends on what is the crime ,,in islam a killer is to be killed if he was witnessed by 2 men (( must be good men  )),for justice and safety not for economy ,, unless he was forgiven by the family of the killed person , or he didnt mean to kill him like a car accident then he may pay the family of killed person amount of money(as much as the family decide) as he killed their breadwinner
