well, maybe you can record your voice and what you wanna say, but I think the best way is talking to native speakers face to face, so you can add them on Skype or QQ  O(∩_∩)O

Thanks for reply Linda I am talking to native speakers cause I live in us, but it doesn't help, so maybe there is expirienced teachers that knows how to improve pronunciation and intonation of speech.

Hiya mate, it happens the same to me but the other way around, i cant get rid of my spanish accent and that annoys me lots. I'm afraid that the only way is to speak as much as you can and there are no shortcuts. Animo.

I offer classes using the book called "Clear Speech".  It is a good book to learn the proper pronunciation and also I have been told that because I speak slowly and pronounce words with a neutral accent, that I am easy to understand. Please consider a trial lesson. You will never lose your accent completly but I think I can help you reduce it.
