he laulavat 

what is the meaning of minä, sinä, hän, me, te & han ? 
and why the word laulaa change when use different word ? ( sinä etc. )

sinä = you (singular)
hän = he/she
me = we
te = you (plural)
he = they


It's just how it is, Finnish verbs and nouns conjugate differently depending on which pronoun is used.
