Do you have learn to "hear" and "speak" without any translate .. associating the sentence to the verb. Musics,movies,convesations and tv shows too... Learn a new language is most simple to we imaginating...the only thing what you have do is learn as a native child.

You could do a couple of things like, listen to songs or watch sitcoms to listen to it, maybe have written phrases set down to say out loud, or maybe even read books or other text out loud. There's also finding people who are learning English and even finding native English speakers to talk to over voice chats ^^
