how to improve English listening skills?
i cannot understand what a native speaker is talking about when he speaks at a normal speed, too fast that i couldnt catch it, so anyone can tell me how to improve my listening skill?

What I do is start a Youtube video (or any other audio/video source) and pretend I DON'T want to understand anything at all; just do some other activity while they're speaking.
Then you can start paying attention to what they're saying after five-ten minutes, never before. The ear is a kind of muscle, you see, it needs warming up :)
