I took one excellent Arabic class at a community college in the USA. That was followed by two classes solely aimed at teaching grammar to fluent speakers. Is my experience unique? Where can I go to actually learn Arabic in the USA?
Yeah, i know some friends fro United States, mashallah they speak fluent Arabic, they only need to make more progress. learning a language should be never stopped. Also for me even I am fluent in French doesn't mean I do leave it forever, I always read and speak to know more things. So live a language isn't like learn a language, it's a big difference. :) Regards.
BlueHat, I think you need to know the Arabic grammar to speak it. Arabs are native speaker and learned Arabic as child. They had their family correct their grammar as a child. But I agree listening and listening and practicing helps a lot.
Hello Xarmanla ,
Hello everyone ,
Actually, I think you don't need to study Arabic grammar to be able to speak Arabic fluently , you only need to listen and listen and listen and to speak with Arabic native speakers , because the Arabic native speakers can speak Arabic fluently even if they don't know anything about Arabic grammar .
We learned speaking Arabic from our parents when we were young by repetition.Even homeless children speak Arabic fluently despite they didn't take any kind of education .
This is my thought that I learned from AJ Hoge , the greatest english teacher I had ever see.
He said that we learn the languages subconsciously by repetition like with the native English speakers.
Finally, if you want any help in Arabic language I will be here.
Bye bye.
regards,
BlueHat.
